Gather No Moss

At Gather No Moss, my mission is to educate, motivate, and guide leaders to become and remain physically fit. And it is my hope that fit leaders will, in turn, influence others to become fit. I work with leaders that are already convinced of the fact that they need to be physically active and that are ready to ask for help. This is important. People that are convinced against their will are not likely to stick to a plan or to take it seriously.
