Welcome to Gatidis Fresh, the largest bakery-confectionery industry in Northern Greece based on Serres, and one of the largest in Greece with 228 people in total.
On daily basis, we produce more than 12 tons of bread, 45 types of frozen dough products and 151 confectionery products, supplying our large network of more than 70 privately owned and franchise stores in Northern Greece.
On 2012 we introduced the 'GLUTEN FREE BAKERY' and since then, we produce more than 53 gluten free products, delivering them to our customers and supplying selected delicatessen stores, Bio-shops and restaurants to every corner of Greece. Our passion and spesialization has soon gained recognition also abroad, with exports to Cyprus, Ireland and Norway.
Today after 42 years of successful business activity, we are constantly developing and enriching our range of products focusing on the customer needs.
