After 8 successful years working with his father’s Real Estate Brokerage, Ryan decided to start his own company in 2008 and co-founded Gattermeir Davidson Real Estate to focus on new technologies and emerging trends in the industry. The company grew to be the #1 Independent Real Estate Company in the area, with an annual sales volume of $100M+.
Then, in 2017, Ryan and his partners seized a game-changing opportunity to become agents/owners with eXp Realty, and Gattermeir Group was formed. Since then, Gattermeir Group has grown to 5 agents that are dedicated to our client’s success and Real Estate goals with over $20M in average annual sales volume.
