Gauri Components Pvt Ltd. (Formerly G.Engineering Co..) is North India's largest manufacturer of Alternator and Motor shafts. In 1994, company started its proceedings with 2 Wheeler Components,manufacturing entire range of turned products to Hero Motors and LML. In 1997,Gauri started making shafts for Crompton Greaves,ABB,Leroy Somers(AVK) and with the advent of technology,company was able to buy its first CNC machine. In 2002,company got registered with ABB plant in Bangalore for their bigger frame shafts requirement. With continual quality standards maintained,in 2006 Gauri got ABB Plant in Vadodara for their wind mill shaft requirement and captured overseas market as well for small components. Likewise we stepped into EXPORT in 2012 with ABB POLAND AND SWEDEN for their small frame shafts requirement. Presently we are manufacturing automotive components,shafts for alternator and motors, stator bodies of motors, jobs from dia 10 to 600 mm and length 2 to 4000 mm. Gauri Works in an integrated area of 43000 sq feets having 150 skilled workforce under 1 roof. Today we have a capacity of (a) 20 CNC Turnings Wid Fancu Oi TC/TD ,SIEMENS software integrated. (b) 9 CNC Hydraulic Grinders And 1 CNC Marpose controlled grinder. (c) 2 Hobbing Machines for spline production. (d) 20 Lathe machines for rough working.
