Since 1872, GBCH&FM has served children and families throughout Georgia to give them a place to call home. Our residents often come to us from places of neglect, abandonment, and even abuse, but we get to care for them and show them they are loved.
Our youth and families receive personalized care that is unique to their needs so we can work towards long-term resolutions with them. These plans, paired with daily activities, enrichment programs, and additional services, help ensure each client is on a path for success. We are also certified in using the Sanctuary Model of Care to take a trauma-informed approach with our kids and families to manage loss, promote healing, and create a hopeful future.
