• I established GBM Consulting in May 2020 as a need for tailored services and realities of the healthcare, pharmaceutical and fast moving consumer goods industry with a key focus on SME’s in the CEE and Balkan region markets, • GBM Consulting provides services for on a permanent or independent consulting basis across all sectors and industries: Healthcare & Pharma, SME’s, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods and Retail, Financial and Business Services, Auditing, Start-up Solutions, • Our scope covers expertise of financial issues such as capital budgeting, project valuation, financial information integrity, profit-and-loss reporting, risk management and insurance engagements, mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, finance operations, general tax issues, tax and treasury optimization, corporate restructuring, and compliance, • Outsourcing services to our clients as independent consultants from one week to twelve months, customized consulting services for certain projects, Interim CFO and Part-Time CFO services for transitional or restructuring change, Finance Manager or Finance Controller as a supporting role to CFO in terms of tracking financial data and reporting according to local and international principles.
