We are a construction company based in Milan and have been operating in the sector since January 2002, first under the brand name G.B.R. DIVISIONE CANTIERI and then, with the opening of the projects sector in April 2008, under G.B.R. ENGINEERING Srl. Our company, we would like to say now more than ever, was born on building sites and not in an office, so we have a different logic of restoration and building work in general, compared to those who work eminently to make business in this sector considering it only a building business. We offer very competitive prices because we own all the equipment, scaffolding of 10,000 square metres, lorries, special equipment such as steam cleaners, sandblasting machines, high-speed lifts and anything else that may be needed, in accordance with the fact that nothing is hired on our sites and therefore no rental costs are charged to the client. We have a comprehensive and experienced staff to organise all types of construction site. The attention we pay to construction sites is not second to the attention we pay to the study of works, because we are well aware of the serious problems arising from errors in estimates or measurements (and therefore costs), possible extensions of works or a breakdown in the relationship of trust that has always been fundamental between the company and the client. The company's registered office is in its own building in Milan, while the operational headquarters and warehouse, also owned by the company, are located in Segrate, where 2 site surveyors, the general manager and 3 engineers work to study the work, make estimates and manage contracts in general, and two architects work on detailed studies of the proposed projects. The workforce is supplemented by 1 administrative secretary and the warehouse manager for the input, output and sorting of equipment. The company is in possession of certificate no. 12494/16/00 SOA Alpi S.p.A and no. ES 0746/2011 ISO 9001 certification.
