GBS S.r.l. specialises in the design and production of moulds for rubber and thermoplastic items up to 1400 x 1400 mm in size for compression, injection, transfer and injection-compression systems, as well as injection moulding systems with thermoregulated channels.
Since 1987, flexibility and constant interaction with clients have enabled GBS to render extremely specific requests a reality. Starting from drawings, mathematical models or samples, the Technical Staff design moulds and moulding tools, which are then produced and assembled directly in the 700-m2 GBS factory in Adrara S. Martino (BG).
The wide range of products includes moulds for technical items, rubber-metal items, O-rings, bellows and seals in thermoplastic materials.
To guarantee the quality of the moulds produced and to protect the health and safety of workers, GBS S.r.l. has obtained UNI EN ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification.
