The Growth Company Employment (formerly The Work Company) is helping to make a difference to the lives of people who are struggling to find work and stay in regular employment.
Working across a range of areas we help people get back on their feet, whether they’ve been unemployed for a long time, are on benefits or are recovering from health issues or some form of substance abuse.
