Started in 1998 as Guerra Consulting, it became a part of the larger family of companies in 2017 and was renamed to reflect this new partnership. We offer start-to-finish product design, engineering, marketing, and analytical services. Products are born from problems to be solved, and at GCI Product Engineering we have the expertise required to tackle any challenge presented to us. We help take products from the earliest concept stage all the way to market. All of our engineers are senior level and have experience developing thousands of products and taking them to the market. MACHINE DESIGN Our core specialty is in machine design. Whether its a custom tooling solution to enable certain tasks to be performed more efficiently or industrial machinery designed to remove a repetitive task from having to be done by hand, we are here to help. INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION Whether it's an automated manufacturing cell to add to your existing capabilities or automating a current process to be safer and more productive, we have the required experience and expertise to make it all happen. ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING Part of a recent acquisition, we have hundreds of thousands of hours of design, building and 3D-printing experience. No matter the complexity of your part we stand ready to create it. CAD/CNC PROGRAMMING Utilizing CAD packages such as Creo/Windchill, Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Fusion360, Solidworks and MasterCAM we provide complete modeling package to complement any existing packages you may already use. LIFE CYCLE & DURABILITY TESTING We create automated test equipment for testing products through a wide range of scenarios to ensure your product meets the highest standards.
