Genton Cockrum Partners "GCP" was formed in 2014 by Jonathan Genton and Bill Cockrum to pursue and manage real estate investment and development opportunities in partnership with organized labor. GCP is continuing the successful investment strategies of predecessor entities focused on housing, creative office, hotel, and retail investments in Southern California. GCP has significant and successful experience with community outreach, entitlement, construction, financing, asset management, property management, leasing and sales & marketing. GCP recently developed Four Seasons Private Residences Los Angeles and is currently redeveloping the Los Angeles County Courthouse in San Pedro into 280 multifamily units over ground floor market and other retail uses (community outreach/entitlement). GCP also is providing investment advisory consulting services for a major land and property owner in Hawaii.
