OUR NAME HAS CHANGED! We are excited to announce that Gragg Cardona Partners is now Gragg Cardona Souadi. Our company has been operating under the leadership of partners Vance Gragg, Haaziq Gragg, Juan Cardona and Oussama Souadi. With this name change, we are underscoring the value of all partner names. Our new logo was specifically designed to show the cohesive and connected organization whose mission remains unchanged: Purpose Driven Placemaking and Community Investment. The firm’s inception dates back to 1998, when brothers Vance and Nigel Gragg, co-founded Gragg and Associates. Among other endeavors, the company delivered one of the first multifamily communities in the District of Columbia’s U-Street corridor through a public-private partnership. The firm went on to deliver 1,100+ apartments and 75,000+ sq feet of retail in some of DC’s most vibrant neighborhoods. In 2012, Haaziq Gragg and Juan Cardona became the leadership, and the firm was renamed to Gragg Cardona Partners (GCP). The new partnership focused its efforts on delivering much needed affordable housing in the Metropolitan Washington DC area through targeted and purpose-driven community investments. In 2017, Oussama Souadi joined the company as partner, given his unique expertise and successful track record in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Upon his joining, the firm delivered its first affordable assisted living ground-up construction, opening in 2023. Together, the partnership continues to grow the team’s capacity, expertise, and capabilities to tackle a robust project pipeline. The firm’s portfolio has grown and diversified into affordable assisted living, multifamily housing, and master-planned mixed-use and mixed-income communities. While we have renamed and rebranded the look of our company, our core values and commitment to purpose-drive placemaking and community investment.
