GDP est spécialisée dans la conception et la fabrication de profilés en matériaux composites par le procédé de pultrusion, pour le traitement des eaux, plateformes offshore, génie chimique, bâtiments industriels, travaux publics, construction électrique, agro-alimentaire, énergie …
GDP réalise régulièrement plus de 800 profilés spécifiques destinés à répondre à un besoin particulier d’un client ou d’un marché).
Nos équipements industriels, mojoritairement connectés, nous permettent une capacité de transformation, d'usinage 3 et 5 axes et l'application de peinture sur plus de 2000 tonnes annuel avec des longueurs de plus de 13 mètres.
Un bureau d'étude interne (4 stations CAO et CFAO), l'impression 3D, la réalisation de moules prototypes par UGV et un laboratoire (DSC modulée, machine de test 30kN, enceintes de conditionnement, projecteur de profil numérique, Tracker Faro) apportent un service complet.
GDP est à l’avant-garde de l’innovation en matière de profilés dits «intelligents», qui associent simultanément plusieurs matériaux (thermodurcissable, thermoplastique …), afin de remplir des fonctions complémentaires technico-économiquement optimisées.
