About Global Development Partnership Center (GDPC), Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS)

The Global Development Partnership Center (GDPC), established in 2010, is committed to enriching urban knowledge and improving the urban and regional policies of partner countries based on Korean urban development experiences. The GDPC supports developing countries in their territorial development efforts through consulting, training program, and planning based on the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS)’s more than 40 years of knowledge and experience. GDPC offers capacity building program in cooperation with international organizations focusing on the specialized areas of KRIHS. Also, GDPC provides technical assistance to partner countries through research, planning, and policy analysis. GDPC is dedicated: (1) to expand and strengthen our network with domestic and overseas partners, (2) to share our knowledge and experience with other countries, and (3) to serve our nation and the international community.
