**NEW STATUTORY NAME** Following a strategic review, GE Artesia Bank has decided to return its banking license, effective 30 December 2015, to the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). GE Artesia N.V. is the new statutory name of GE Artesia Bank. GE Artesia N.V. continues to be licensed for a limited time as a Financial Service Provider (Credit Provider and Insurance Intermediary), regulated under the supervision of the AFM. Company history GE Artesia Bank was a Dutch bank established in 1872. More recently, the bank was primarily specialised in Trade Finance & Working Capital Solutions. The parent company is General Electric, one of the world’s largest companies, with over 300,000 employees in more than 100 countries. General Electric is a highly diversified company with a focus on healthcare, sustainable technology, infrastructure and financial services.
