After multiple years by team members connecting companies with relevant investors over the years – we decided to create Gefion Ventures. To increase the number of cases and investors we decided it was time to create a connection point for both companies and investors and utilize our large international network of experts to analyze cases and prepare the company for investments, if the company had a unique vision with a global perspective that needed investment to grow their global potential. Our experience taught us that many Business Plans lacks many relevant items, which is extremely important for the investors to know. It can vary what is needed but, in most cases they need professionals to assist them in preparing their Case – with all relevant data for the Investor to easily conclude if this case is something for them. Final Due Diligence will of course always be handled directly between the founding team and the investors where they can create a Term Sheet and final contract negotiations valuations etc. Any fee/equity or percentages that Gefion Ventures receives in the process will be fully transparent to the Company and to the Investor(s).
