Office rent is one of the largest costs to a business, yet CFOs and heads of corporate real estate have little hard data on how efficient and functional their space is. Without this information, it's impossible to know where they can cut costs or avoid expenditure without impacting employee productivity. We solve this problem. A few analytics solutions have come onto the market but they are cost prohibitive and/or lock clients into a particular brand of building asset (e.g. meeting room booking or lighting control). Our solution and business model is highly competitive by comparison. Similar to how Google Analytics provides insights to web site owners on how to optimise pages and traffic, we give real estate managers insights for optimising the number, size and configuration of meeting rooms and open plan areas to provide a more functional workspace at efficient cost.
