Global Emerging Leadership Programs (GELP)

GELP is a social enterprise aimed at developing leadership programs for students and young professionals. We value lifelong learning and the opportunity to build connections and bridge the gap between relevant skills and new careers. At GELP, we aim to provide relevant skill-based learning and experiences that challenge our next generation to discover themselves in their reflective journey and to identify their next career or pathway. Our team consists of Indigenous knowledge keepers, Indigenous Elders, Academic Executive Leadership and organizers from entrepreneurship and social innovation backgrounds (full list of our members can be found at www.gelp.ca). GELP’s goal is to promote leadership development and to equip global leaders with the tools to create change and impact within their communities.
