We provide Total Facilities Management, Capital Construction Projects and Renewable Energy provision to schools, Academies Trusts, Colleges, Universities, but open for use by other Local Authority and Government Departments. We offer a flexible, quick and compliant procurement process, enabling the appointment of contractors proportionate to the size of the project/service, with an emphasis on quality and locality. •Unlike other frameworks available the GEM Framework is managed by qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors etc, who fully understand the complexities of construction procurement processes and the importance of getting the tender/contract documents right first time to enable an accurate tender and competitive tender submissions for all parties concerned avoiding the potential for disputes; •All contractors on the framework have undergone a strict quality scoring evaluation and only those contractors demonstrating a proven track record in safely and effectively delivering education projects and adopting robust safeguarding methods will be included; •Option for the supplier to either self-serve from the framework or to instruct the Framework Manager to run a tender/mini competition exercise including the production of drawings and tender documents; •The user has flexibility to choose what FM services they require, as opposed to being told what they require! •We offer a ‘hold-your-hand service’ for customers who require ongoing performance monitoring and general post-contract advice. •We have a renewable energy offer.
