Grondexploitatiemaatschappij (GEM) Waalsprong is een publiek-private samenwerking tussen de gemeente Nijmegen, projectontwikkelaars (Heijmans, AM, Bouwfonds) en twee woningbouwcorporaties (Talis, Portaal). De organisatie is opgericht in 1997 met als doel een nieuw stadsdeel van Nijmegen te realiseren, de Waalsprong.
In totaal worden er circa 12.000 woningen gebouwd, met een nieuw centrum en in het hart van het gebied een recreatie- en natuurgebied. De Waalsprong ligt aan de noordkant van Nijmegen op korte afstand gelegen van het centrum.
GEM Waalsprong exploiteert de bouwgrond in het plangebied, zorgt voor de stedenbouwkundige ontwikkeling van het gebied en coördineert de bouw van de woningen die door haar bouwpartners wordt uitgevoerd.
