Located near Turin (Italy), Gem S.r.l. is a leading designer and manufacturer of components and machines for resistance welding, offeriung various alternatives for point, projectiona and wire/tube welding: - Marta System, a gantry robot from 2 to 12 axes: a machine that is totally modular and programmable basing on the customer’s needs - Multiple Welders with single or double workstation, or with rotary tables - Welding guns for robotic lines - Electrode dressers and electrode changers - Automatic nut or bolt feeders - Components and accessories for resistance welding: welding cylinders, electrodes, electrode holders and welding arms Today the group counts on 40 employees, in close collaboration with providers and external partners. Design, development and production area ll carried out by Gem or controlled companies. Typical areas of application of our products are the automotive industry (parts of bodies, seats, other compnents), home appliances (ovens, grills, baskets for dishwashers), metal shelves and other metal furniture, equipment for building construction (reinforced concrete nets and scaffolding).
