PT Gemah Ripah Berkah (GRB) was established in Jakarta on October 28th, 2013, in accordance to the notarial deed no. 33, issued by public notary Rony Saputra Soedarmo, SH. The company registrations are TDP No. 09.03.1.46.94819, and SIUP No. 16795-04/PK/1.824.271. The main business focus were Agriculture and General Trading, including agrichemicals, breeding, crop production (farming and contract farming), distribution, farm machinery, processing, and seed supply, as well as marketing and retail sales. Adding the agricultural area, GRB was also distributing Food Security products to provide storage solutions, livestock, and crop protections. Starting mid 2017, GRB is expanding their business to Creative Agency, Property Agency, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibition) Organizer, under new division (soon to be subsidiary company) named Gerabah.
