GEMA, which stands for Growth, Exploration, Message, and Advocate, is a youth-led association dedicated to empowering young Malaysians to be agents of change. We provide an inclusive platform for youth to voice their opinions, engage with critical societal issues, and take meaningful action toward a better future. Driven by a mission to elevate youth perspectives, GEMA focuses on areas such as business and investment, mental health, school bullying, education, and politics. We strive to build a generation that is not only globally competitive but also socially conscious and community-driven. In particular, GEMA has the following objectives: 1. To empower Malaysian youth through education, leadership development, and skill-building opportunities, enhancing their global competitiveness; 2. To echo and amplify the voices of Malaysian youth on key issues, ensuring their perspectives are heard and valued; 3. To inspire curiosity and exploration through unconventional, thought-provoking activities that challenge norms; and 4. To cultivate a culture of social responsibility by encouraging volunteerism, fostering a compassionate and engaged generation
