We believe in Contínuous Improvement as a sustainable growth strategy that has a lifelong impact on organizations and individuals. We know the term gemba stands for "where the value is created" . For us, gemba lies within each CI professional and Value is their competencies. A lifelong dedication to CI gave us the awareness of the difficulties in embracing a consistent behaviour of systematically embracing challenges beyond our knowledge thereshold. As we grew as masters we have learnt to value the importance of our coaches and we want to be that support of new CI professionals. We want more masters and the gemba!
