Founded in the Spring of 2009 by Robert Draper and Steve Ekblom, Gemini Blvd. is an award-winning all gender A Cappella group at the University of Central Florida. With the aim of performing a wide variety of music from all different genres and eras, the two assembled a group of talented collegiate musicians with a love of music and a passion for performing.
Gemini Blvd. is eager to make a name for itself in the world of Collegiate A Cappella. In 2013, Gb had the honor of being the first group to represent UCF at an ICCA Semifinal in the university’s history. Gb went on to compete at ICCA in the following years, receiving first place at quarterfinals in 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2022. Gb advanced to semifinals six times, placing second in 2016 and third in 2019. During this time, Gemini Blvd. released an EP titled B.Y.O.V. (Bring Your Own Voice) (2015) and two albums—Impact (2018) and Aftermath (2021).
Currently, we are always looking for gig opportunities, competitions, and ways to share our love of music throughout Central Florida.
