On another project, Gemini is co-developers with ENEA (one of the top Italian government-owned Research entities).

Gemini Impianti started in the 1960s as the R&D department of a big group of companies in Italy, addressed to the production of expanded clay blocks.
All topics related to the production (mix design, machinery design and fabrication, molds design and fabrication) have been faced by Gemini.
In 1982 Gemini had a field of activities expansion to fiber cement technologies, concrete pavers, mineralized wood blocks, polyurethane technologies and equipment for hard facing treatments.
In 2012 new concrete pipe equipment business.
In 2017 joined architectural precast business, robotics, R&D programs granted by eu H2020 program.
Mr. Claudio Subacchi joined Gemini bringing in the structural and architectural precast technologies he inherited.
This line of business had origin in 1948 when it was separated from the "Officine Meccaniche Subacchi" fired brick machinery business.
