Gemma Property Group is a family owned real estate firm which acquires, operates, develops, and manages properties primarily in New York City. Gemma invests in several different areas of real estate over the past 10+ years, including multi-family, residential, and condominium developments, as well as land assemblages in NY, NJ and Florida. Gemma currently focuses in NYC to acquire and develop multi-family property with a long term buy and hold strategy. We focus on gut rehabilitating properties to build value in our properties in addition to looking for income producing properties with substantial upside potential. Currently, without any outside investors, we are able to move fast and make quick decisions on acquisitions as well as determine the best positioning and stabilization of an asset.
