Gems is a corporate coaching service that was created to give organizations tools to build unstoppable teams. Our curriculum is developed through the lens of the Enneagram to: -Understand the personal motivations of yourself and others. -Assess levels of emotional health in order to pinpoint and address areas that feel "stuck." -Find traction towards personal and professional goals. -Develop deeper self-knowledge, allowing you to pivot quickly when life gets off track. When used professionally, Gems is a powerful tool in uniting and aligning teams, unleashing their unlimited potential through group coaching exercises and individual development sessions. When integrated with the hiring process, Gems curriculum helps to eliminate interviewer bias as it assesses candidates holistically, including how they might influence team dynamics, instead of merely gauging technical skills or fact-checking a resume.
