We address 2 problems – Busy families needing help with daily chores and seniors who are excluded from society as well as losing part of their previous income. Capable, trusted and active seniors have the ability to provide fantastic quality services, both remotely and in-person. The aging population is growing rapidly and there is a mismatch between demand and supply which needs to be bridged. Gen4Gen is a 2-sided digital marketplace to match supply to demand using machine learning as a recommendation engine, based upon user profile data and buyers needs.
