Smaller tech businesses without an enormous potential valuations often get overlooked by traditional VC funds and as a result – a large number of potentially great ideas remain undeveloped. On the other end there are plenty of talented people with deep expertise and long track record in their fields who know their domains like no other and who would like to start a business.
