Gender in Detail

Gender in Detail is a team of gender experts and trainers who aspire to build a society based on social justice and gender equality. We are a non-governmental organization and network of gender academics, activists, and practitioners dedicated to fighting gender discrimination, promoting feminist thought, empowering women, and advocating LGBTQ+ rights in modern Ukraine. We strive to: - Build a dialogue between modern academia and civic society, reinforcing connections between gender theory and practice; - Provide a platform for the expert knowledge and resources exchange; - Build and develop a network of professional agents of change united by the shared vision of a society driven by democratic values and gender equality; - Ensure a high-quality level of gender expertise and research as well as disseminate its results; - Increase the visibility of Ukrainian feminist and LGBTQ+ communities in international discourses as well as build a multidimensional dialogue with our peers and colleagues from all over the world. Our services are represented by the following activities: - Tailor-made trainings on gender issues; - Gender consulting services for organizations and companies; - Gender expertise and evaluation; - Lectures and workshops; - Publication of research materials.
