Genderness aims to guide persons as effectively manage the challenges in their lifes and careers due to the impact of a certain gender-identity, gender-expression or sexe-differences. Gendeness is a group organization of and employment agency Genderflex, the coaching/ training and mediation company which operates under Gendertalent and Genderclinic and the psychology support under Genderclinic. The group donates at least € 1 per worked hour to the Foundation Genderwende, which employs or funds initiatives to remove barriers and improve social cohesiveness of everybody on the aspect of gender-identity, gender-expression or sexe-differences. The organization started on 26th of june 2016 and has now 300K revenue, 500K on contracts and wants to expand to the level of 3 - 10 million euro's revenue in three years in the Netherlands and expanding to at least 5 countries in the European Union (EU). From 1 september 2018 the activities of the Stichting Genderwende are executed by the companies to make this growth possible. The governance of Genderness exists of a board of commissioners and a executive director. Legally the the executieve director is director of the group and its subsidiaries.
