Gene&GreenTK (GGTK) is a biotech company created in 2013 and incubated in the IHU of Marseille.
The work of GGTK is dedicated to the development and engineering of innovative enzymes isolated from microorganisms living in extreme environments.
Enzymes developed by GGTK have two main applications:
- Anti-virulence and anti-biofilm for the development of sustainable alternative to conventional antimicrobial agents targeting applications in agriculture, animal nutrition or anti-fouling.
- Bioremediation of organophosphorus chemicals for the degradation of insecticides and chemical warfare agents.
