A 25 year old experience in the field of UL/FM Firefighting Pumps, HVAC, Irrigation forbore the success currently achieved by our company. The production ranges from Horizontal Centrifugal Pumps, Vertical Pumps and Submersible Pumps and Motors. This comprises of complete range of products from 0.5 HP to 450 HP making us one of the few companies to offer complete pumping solution to our customers.
Jaideep Bhalla, the Business Head of General Pumps brings with him more than 24 years of experience in the field of Pumps. Jaideep Bhalla has been involved in the Export Department with Leading Pump Companies of the World.
The manufacturing plant is located in the Port City of Valencia. The new manufacturing and testing facility is spread over the area of 5000 Sq. Mt which has all the latest manufacturing and testing facility to offer top class quality products. To facilitate such high technology procedure a separate section is reserved in the factory which includes fully equipped Air Conditioned area for Rewinding of the Submersible Motors, Special Testing Bench for the Centrifugal Pumps up to 450 HP.
Sales team comprising of Sales Managers and Executives visit the customers on regular basis, understanding the requirements and constantly updating them on the latest development, hence assuring them of constant support. The company also have factory trained service persons that ensure that all the issues regarding Service and Warranty are resolved in the least possible time.
