About Us: General One Contracting was established in November 2022 by local real estate agency Windermere Group One. Keenly aware of the lack of home repair companies in the area, Windermere sought to create an inhouse handyman service capable of helping clients through the presale and closing process of home purchases and sales. This quickly grew into General One, which now serves the general public as a licensed and insured general contractor, employing 3 fulltime craftsmen and a team of trusted subcontractors.
