Generation Evolve

Our mission is to make self care and self awareness a lifestyle in young people. We do this through creating and facilitating group wellbeing workshops, one to one mentoring sessions and bespoke Social Action projects with young people aged 12 to 26 year olds. They include relaxation, creativity, playfulness, meditation, movement, mindfulness, games and much more! We work mainly remotely but do some in person sessions in the UK.
