As a non-profit association, we believe in working with key stakeholders to drive a better tomorrow. Corporations play a key role in this regard. Generation Female is a non-profit association set up to empower and support women leaders in their personal and professional capacities through flagship events and conferences such as the Generation Female Global Summit, as well as educational content and the establishment of a global membership network. Through our projects and platforms, Generation Female strives to create awareness of the gender burden shouldered by women, promote gender inclusiveness and equity, as well as combat gender-based discrimination in civil society and across different professions.
