The Generation Shift Africa

The Generation Shift Africa Program is a bold leadership and mindset initiative designed to equip young Africans with clarity, courage, and purpose. Founded by Odamea Amoako, the program helps participants shift from confusion to intentional growth through structured, reflective, and practical sessions. Each monthly cycle includes four themed sessions focused on mindset, visibility, growth strategy, and personal activation. It is open to students, early-career, and mid-career professionals across Africa and the diaspora. Graduates, known as Shift Trailblazers, join a growing alumni network and gain access to mentorship, podcast features, and events.
