WHAT WE DO: We draw upon our experience to counsel clients on business, trust and estate planning and transactions, elder law, family wealth transfer and preservation planning, charitable giving, retirement distribution planning, and trust and estate administration. WHY WE DO IT: We founded Generations Law Group to establish and maintain long-term relationships with each of our clients instead of ones built on one or two transactions. To that end, we work every day to deliver our legal services efficiently in a supportive, empathetic environment. We create, implement and continually improve an array of systems and services to meet the needs of our clients and assist them in reaping the enormous potential of multigenerational wealth. HOW WE DO IT: We are members of WealthCounsel® and ElderCounsel®, organizations of thousands of trust, estate business planning, and elder law attorneys located in all 50 states. We exchange valuable information daily through our active list serve. So, when anyone has a unique or difficult issue, usually someone on the list serve has dealt with a similar problem in the past. So we have ready access to several thousand seasoned legal minds to supplement our practice experience.
