The Warriors Community Foundation and Kaiser Permanente partnered in 2019 to create Generation Thrive – the first-of-its-kind nonprofit accelerator that supports Bay Area nonprofit organizations and schools through education and wellness programming.
Since its launch in 2019, Generation Thrive has provided free professional development and wellness programming for more than 10,000+ Bay Area teachers, educators, and youth development specialists. Additionally, Generation Thrive hosts youth-serving nonprofit organizations at the Golden State Warriors on-site facility in Oakland and Thrive City in San Francisco on the Golden State Warriors Chase Center campus.
