Planning applications and appeals are the mainstay of the planning system Our aim is to guide development proposals in the most efficient way with the sole purpose of delivering our client’s objectives. We achieve this by working together as a team with other professionals to ensure that every submission made is as robust as possible. Where appeals are unavoidable our accredited Expert Witness status assists in delivering a strong evidence base in support of a client’s proposal and we work closely with an array of barristers and QCs to ensure that our client’s objectives receive the strongest backing available. The provision of strategic planning advice to clients is a key element of the work we undertake recognising that short, medium and long term opportunities are important to both landowners and developers. Not only do we work with clients to deliver their strategic aims and objectives but we also pro-actively seek out opportunities for clients.
