Genesis Training is a private training and human optimization company located in the heart of Jersey City. Started in 2020, Genesis Training has quickly become one of the fasted growing independent training companies in the Tri-state area and is striving to be the Gold standard in fitness. The company was founded by Austin Moy, athletic trainer and strength coach, who believed that fitness was a vehicle that could improve the lives of people both physically and mentally and help optimize a person's life. Services include 1on1 or 2on1 private training focusing on strength, building muscle, weight loss, and toning. Genesis Training also helps their clients with nutrition guidance, habit development, and accountability through it's unique process.
