This strategic approach is designed to grow and strengthen organizations that serve our Los Angeles market, yet struggle to access the capital they need to expand their delivery of goods and services. Our business model focuses on providing innovative financial solutions for these types of borrowers and their projects, with the goal of growing the next generation of community development infrastructure within Los Angeles County and providing opportunity for new community development models to be tested and hopefully expanded.
