Geniusin was founded by the team that pioneered customer counting and performance tracking tools within retail; counting, reporting and providing interpretation on over 1 Billion customer visits to stores per annum. The first release was getWaiter! a service calling and feedback app with “customer experience tracking” at it’s core. Backed by the results the technology had on improving performance and its impact on profitability within the hospitality sector, Geniusin looked to develop its tools further with a single application for all business to consumer environments. The goal is to support all consumer businesses in driving performance through exceptional customer experience with buzz2get a single application that can be used in multiple locations and brands. How do we do it? Research is showing propitiatory apps are losing popularity and have a limited lifespan. buzz2get replaces the need for the consumer to use different apps in their day to day lives, benefiting both them and the brand. By reconfiguring its functionality dependent on where it is being used, buzz2get allows the consumer to perform multiple tasks, driving interaction and opportunities for increased sales, ultimately delivering an exceptional customer experience. Behind this sits the geniusin engine providing in depth operational insight reporting, intuitive feedback gathering capability, marketing and so much more without the need for integration with existing infrastructure.
