Genk Green Logistics

Genk Green Logistics is a full new development project at zone B of the former Ford car factory in Genk. It is one of the few sites in Belgium suitable for XXL logistic developments. Top location for e-commerce. Demolition and remediation works are ongoing. Construction of the first logistics building of approximately 20.000 m² will start in the fourth quarter of 2019. In 2020 the first buildings will be operational and available for rental! Genk Green Logistics is strategically located in the important logistics corridor Antwerp - Limburg – Liège. Genk is located in the east of Belgium. The site has trimodal acces by water (Albert canal), train (connection on site) and road (E313-E314). The cargo airports Liège Airport and Maastricht Aachen Airport are only 30 minutes away. Genk Green Logistics will consist of a state-of-the-art logistics and semi-industrial complex of approximately 250.000 m² after full new development. The surface will be developed in phases that can function independently of each other. The buildings are for rent in units from 8.000 m².
