Mission:
GenRx Pharmacy Group is an investment firm specializing in retail pharmacy acquisitions. Our primary focus is to seek out existing smaller “mom and pop” pharmacies with positive cash flows serving a key niche in their communities not currently being satisfied by larger “big box”, chain pharmacies. These target entities continue to attract and retain loyal patients/customers because of their convenient location within the community and their innate ability to provide personal quality service not found at larger pharmacy operations. Currently there are no other significant players acquiring mom and pop pharmacies. We believe many of these smaller pharmacy owners and operators will be attracted to a business affiliation with GenRx Pharmacy Group, which provides them with the opportunity to continue to serve their important and faithful customer base, possibly expand some of their services, and avail themselves of important financial and operational support.
Strategy:
GenRx Pharmacy Groups basic strategy for accomplishing its mission is fairly simple: To grow at a rapidly increasing rate from now until the year 2025. We are achieving this growth by vigorously acquiring pharmacies with positive free cash flow. In addition to acquisitive growth, we expect to benefit from the economies of scale as we acquire additional pharmacies. We will improve our bargaining power with suppliers and improve profitability from synergies as we integrate the various pharmacies into one system, allowing for centralized planning, monitoring, benchmarking and management.
We are consolidating the smaller retail pharmacy industry and will acquire between 25 and 30 such pharmacies in New York. We will continue acquiring pharmacies throughout 2025 and plan to go public in the Spring of 2026. The time is right to aggressively acquire pharmacies with the intent of building a company comprising 25-30 pharmacies and then taking it public.
