We are a small, bespoke, UK Partnership offering high quality medicolegal reports for general surgical specialties. Our approach is to focus the content of reports and analysis on the highest quality published evidence and data, meaning reports are fully referenced. Reports are standardised across sub-specialties and can be tailored to specific needs. The Partnership has an emphasis on high quality over volume, creating a personal, reliable, and reproducible approach. Reports are created within short timelines, fully referenced with up-to-date evidence, and quality assured. Reports are completely independent and are produced for claimants, defendants, and joint reporting. We are accepting approaches and are reaching outwards to engage with medicolegal practitioners and legal firms, including engagement presentations and needs assessments (gensurgreports@mail.co.uk).
