Gentyane

The plateform GENTYANE (GEnoTYping and sequencing in AuvergNE) of Clermont-Ferrand (France) is attached to INRAE (Auvergne Rhône Alpes Center) and more particularly to the Departement "Biology and Amelioration of Plants (BAP). The plateform provides a range of services in High-Throughput Genotyping, Sequencing and Optical Mapping : - DNA Extraction from animal and plants species - Genotyping SSR, SNP (Kaspar, Axiom and GBS Technology) - Sequencing long-reads (Pacific Bioscience Sequel II) - Optical Genome Mapping (Bionano Genomics Saphyr) Since 2020, it constitutes the INRAE Genomics infrastructure in association with the plateforms GeT (Toulouse), PGTB (Bordeaux) and EPGV (Evry). Gentyane is labeled IBISA since 2009 and is part of France Genomique since 2020.
