Geo Construction Consulting (GeoCC) was incorporated in 2006 in Vancouver. It has been serving the industry in construction as a project management team member with a SAFETY and QUALITY culture.
Proudly certified as a leader in quality management under Engineers and Geoscientists BC’s OQM Program from 2016 to 2021
GeoCC has been performing Project Construction Management service as a main focus of work with an emphasis on quality management implementation in conjunction with workforce & organizational planning, risk registering, along with communication planning prior and during the construction stage.
The project development has been measured by conducting QMS performance reviews, audits, inspections as per project requirements with continual improvement intent.

• Created quality metrics, KPI, and checklists for quality documents at the field and at the corporate level (i.e. Quality Manual, Quality Plan, and ITP).
• Conducted QMS audit on contractors and their subs.
• Involved in advising geotechnical, civil, construction monitoring (QA/QC), and technical audit on the earthworks, piling, concrete, grout, and underground utility installations.
• Familiar with industrial codes; i.e. CSA A23.1/2, CSA Z662, ASME Section V, VIII and IX, B31.1, B31.3, B31.11, and CSA ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS), American Society for Quality (ASQ), and Project Management Institute (PMI) requirements.
