With over 30 years combined experience in the construction industry, we offer a wholesale understanding of the need for a comprehensive, concise, and accurate project specification. Who We Are Susan Hildebrand GSC LEED AP, CSP – Principal Prior to the co-founding of Construction SpeciFix, Susan has over 30 years experience in construction projects in the commercial, residential, institutional, and hospitality sector. From a wide range of experience as in Estimating, Pre-Construction, Project Development, and Construction Management, Susan offers a vast knowledge in project understanding and communication to all the team members. Nicole Hildebrand CSP (pending) – Principal Before co-founding of Construction SpeciFix, Nicole developed a background in a large range of construction industry sectors, allowing Nicole to provide experience and understanding of the need for effective and accurate project specifications. With experience in site-level quality control and site management, Nicole can bring a new perspective to specifications that will benefit all project team members.
